Lavasoft Firewalll and keycodes

Being I still cannot get this program to work with entering the keycode and
lavasoft not anwering their forums or myself. When do I look in the old
computer for the key code and where do I put it. I dl the program paid for
it, bought the backup CD, which does nothing, could it be this Presario is a
NTFS and the old computer was a FAT? I wish someone could help, I have done
spybot, I have mcafee, I have shut the firewalls off to try to install, I
disabled Ad Watch, Ad ware etc, no matter what I do it keeps telling me wrong
key code, I have installed the program, can go on line to try to enter the
key code, no help, then I copied my orig download to a CD had to do a run to
get it installed, and still key code. HELP HELP

I doubt anyone at a microsoft newsgroup can assist you with a keycode
for 3rd party program. You better start hounding lavasoft. check for
support emails and/or phone numbers (they're not based in the US,
though, international calls will apply).

Good luck, but I have no real suggestions.
 
could it be this Presario is a NTFS and the *old* computer was a FAT?


Did you originally install it on another computer?
If so, the keycode is probably tied to that machine. If this is the case
then you will probably have to purchase another license depending on the
apps EULA
