XP COA/KEYCODE

Nick

I have bought windows XP before and have always recieved a
COA sticker with the cd. I ordered another copy and this
time I have the CD and it looks the same as all the rest
but there is no coa sticker. There is only a keycode on
the back of pack. Is this a legal code? or do I still
need the COA sticker for my new computer?

If anyone can help I would be greatly appreciative.

According to the link you provided it does come with the key code you need
to install

Hmm - I never saw the OP's reply.

Looking at the link, it also states that this is an OEM copy. OEM software
is generally sold only bundled with hardware....I am suspicious of the
legality of this license.

See this?
"THE MANUFACTURER OF THIS PRODUCT WOULD PREFER THAT YOU ALSO BUY SOME
HARDWARE TO GO WITH THIS OEM SOFTWARE. WE DO SUGGEST THAT YOU GO TO OUR
"FREE STUFF" CATEGORY. "

Again - hmmmmm. "Prefer" ?

Yikes that sure is a rip-off artist at work, $125 for an OEM version ! Seems
a bit high in price.
