Lavasoft Ad-Aware

There must be a way, but I can't find it!

Running Lavasoft Ad-Aware invariably throws up a number of intrusive items.
I can select each and get them removed, but is there a way to multi-selects
(or even all) to speed the process up. Ctrl-select works, but that is one
select at a time, I would like to do batches in one hit.

Right click ==> Select All

Right click in that area and a menu pops up where you can do various things
including "select all".
