Launching Excil with default Spreadsheet

I am launching Excel.exe from WinCC SCADA software. Excel obviousl
opens with a blank file. I would like it to open with an existing exce
file everytime.(Kind of default.)

WinCC can only launch .exe applications. Any ideas?

without testing: use this as first parameter. e.g.
Excel.exe Sample.xls
