Latest XP update makes the Picture Manager unusable.

Downloaded the latest XP update and now when I press "save as..." on an
edited photo it says (not responding). I reset to a data reset point and
tried again and it happened again.
 
This is an Access newsgroup. Access is a Database application. Your post
does not appear to relate to MS Access.
