latest version of ISScript.msi

Hi,

Can anybody help me find the latest version of
ISScript.msi for WIN2000Pro. I'm trying to install
symantec anti-virus v8.1 and I'm getting this message:

"The installscript engine on this machine is older than
the version required to run this setup. If available,
pleas install the latest version of ISScript.msi"
