Latest Patch 824146

WINXP. Will download OK but not install. Tried on 3
different PCs, several times over past 24 hours, for same
result. Firewall disabled. No pop-up stopper.
Any ideas?

I would stay away from kb824146 until they fix it.
Success means having more trouble like loss of internet
access.
