Latest Java Update #11 now removes previous version

The date and time was 12/8/2008 11:27 AM, and on a whim,
(e-mail address removed) pounded out on the keyboard:

In case anyone else needs to know how to do this, the answer is through XP's
Control Panel, click on Java, then advanced, then miscellaneous and uncheck
the Quick Starter box. Then apply. Firefox needs to be closed.

Or you can click the Disable button for the extension in the FF Add-ons
dialog box.
