latest hox fix don't use it.

after the latest hotfix (microsoft update) was installed i
restarted now the system will not boot. It loops at the
windows startup options screen. Safemode and last good
will not work. Any help good be great.

Which update? Could you please supply a number. Were you asked to reboot your system after that particular update or did you 'manually' reboot your system? The latest security update doesn't need a reboot, but, in that event shouldn't have caused any problems to your system.
