Latest critical update sets restrictions!

I am a school technology director and have found that the
latest Windows critical update automatically sets
restrictions on my internet tools. I can't even get into
the internet tools options. Any suggestions?

Well...I figured it out myself. It appears that the
latest critical update...sets into motion an option that
I had checked in "Spybot" to prevent my internet explorer
from being changed. Prior to the update...it did not
affect my ability to get into internet tools..even though
the option (in advanced mode) was checked. Only after
the critical update did this happen. Weird huh?
