Lastest reply appear at the end of the message

I using Microsoft Outllook 2002 SP3 on Microsoft Windows XP Pro SP2. I have
this
problem that the lastest reply appear at the end of the email message, the
other party who reply to me is using Lotus Note for his email. Most of my
email
is OK except those this partcular sender who is using Lotus Notes. Is there
any
compatibility issue using MS Exchange/MS Outlook Vs Lotus Niotes.

Sounds like the Notes users have the option enabled to bottom post.
