Last page won't print

I have a user that has had trouble printing the last page of larger documents
(more than 10 pages or so) since upgrading to 2007. It doesn't always
happen, and when it does it's not always the same document.
A few months ago he was having this problem and I switched his printers to a
different server (we set up a new set of print queues on a different server,
one that is using Windows to control it) and that resolved the issue until
today.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
One quick update, the user just let me know that he had the same issue again,
but this time the whole document printed, even though it only showed 11 of
the 12 pages in print preview.
 
It looks like this is more likely a printer issue than Excel. We have a
Ricoh printer that apparently doesn't like some of the drivers available.
