LAST COLUMNS OF PROGRAMS DON'T SHOW UP

When I go to start >programs>............I have three columns. The third
column is barely on the page. I cannot figure out anyway to bring the page
more to the left or to make it smaller so I can read all the programs. I
can get about the first word and that is it?
Any ideas, except that I do have alot of programs :):):)

Group them in folders (right click All programs > Open and arrange them in explorer)
or use "Scroll Programs" setting:
Right click Start menu (button) > Properties > Customize > Advanced tab
Scroll down and tick "Scroll programs" > Click OK > OK

How exactly do I reorganize them into folders - it would take too long to
scroll. I tried double clicking on all the programs but that didn't do what
I wanted it to do. Can you walk me through one? Thanks.
