refilling for my small business ?

Toner is very nasty stuff so be careful.

Google is your friend. Try it.
 
I have used http://www.tonerrefillkits.com/main.htm for HP IIP, 4p, and 4000
series (4000, 4050) refills. Not difficult at all, but as others have said,
it "can" be messy and care should be taken so that toner "dust" does not
become airborne and inhaled.
