lasass.exe shutdown error

when i connect to internet after sometime there occures
automatic error message "lasass.exe error" and some memory
address error and system reboot in 1 minute automatically.
when i delete this exe from directory when system restart
the same exe automatically reload.

To stop the shutdown process go to
Start>Run>(type) cmd (press enter)>(type) shutdown -a (press enter) (notice
the space between shutdown & -a )
