Large Number Error

M

Mike H.

If I enter an eighteen-digit number, 123456789012345678 the number that is
stored in excel 2003 is 123456789012345000, the last 3 digits are "converted"
to zeros. Is this an undocumented feature? What can I do to get around
this? I have 18-digit g/l account numbers and can't be worrying about this
all the time.
