large icons

just the other day when i started my computer my icons and web pages
were like double the size,real big letters, so i restored it to an
earlier date and it brought the icons back to normal size and the web
page too, but the next time i started it up the same thing happened,can
someone help.....t-you

For the fonts right click on the desktop then go properties, click o
the apperance tab and font size, normal. Custimization for icon size
right click on the start menu and click customize, its in there
