D Dave Peterson Jan 18, 2010 #2 Create a picture of the text and insert that picture into the footer. (Adding pictures to headers/footers was added in xl2002 (I think).) Print the footer using a different application (MSWord???). Then send the paper through the printer once more for the real data. Move the footer to a new worksheet--and drop the footnote requirement. Call it a backnote and print it on a separate piece of paper.
