large file importing/copying problem- win 2000, frontpage 2000

I cannot import large files, or a group of files adding
up to a particular size into a new web. Every time I try
I get an error saying "an error occurred accessing your
frontpage web files...." I am using Frontpage 2000 under
win 2000. This error does not occur however when I
import/copy these files in frontpage 2000 under win XP.
