Large email stuck in outbox

I have had a 10mb email sitting in my outbox for 4 days and no matter what I
do I can not get rid of it. I have tried deleting, moving, etc. When I
CTRL-Delete nothing happens. When I try to move it to Drafts or another
folder I get a dialog box saying that the message is already being
transmitted. I have been waiting 4 days for this to "Transmit." Does anyone
know how I can get rid of this email? Thanks,

Click File and check "Work Offline". Stop and restart Outlook. You should
now be able to delete the item. Click File and uncheck "Work Offline".

Sadly enough the suggestions from the site did not work either.

There is one thing that will ALWAYS work: create a new PST, make it your
delivery location and copy to it all of your non-default folders. For the
default folders, copy their contents to the corresponding default folders in
the new PST, excluding, of course, the Outbox. Close the old PST and the
next time you close Outlook, delete the old PST.
