Laptop to XP

I have a homeserver PC and a Laptop. Both are running WinXP Pro.
From the Laptop, I am able to transfer files to the PC. From the PC
I can only view the C: drive of the Laptop, but cannot access the drive.
I have gone thru the 'Folder Options', and made sure that I have a check
mark on 'Use Simple File Sharing (Recommended)' on the Laptop & the
PC both. Still I cannot transmit files from the homeserver PC to the
Laptop. Is there any easy way to fix this?

Appreciate all the help.

P.S. I do have ZoneAlarm Pro & Norton running on both.
Turning off both of them didn't help.

Instead of turning off the firewall, try uninstalling it. Some firewalls do
not disable correctly.

You are absolutely right. ZoneAlarm Pro blocked Laptop entry
even after I disabled it. Infact even after I un-installed it, something
else was blocking the Laptop. Well, I had to reformat and reload
one at a time, the Norton, AVG and ZoneAlarm Pro., and the rest
of the Programs. It is working now. Hope it does not do this again.
