Laptop to sync with desktop folder - how?

I have a folder in my WinXP desktop at work that I want my laptop to
synchronize to. Is this possible? How do I set this up? Thanks in

Microsoft Sync Toy might do what you want:

On the commercial side, Second Copy ($29.95) from www.centered.com also
does synchronization as well as backup.
