Laptop - DSL as Primary Connection & Dial up when DSL isn't connec

I've just upgraded to Office 2003 from 2000. I have a laptop and at home I
connect with dial up and at the office I connect with DSL. When I had 2000,
Outlook was set to only use the DSL "Office Connection" unless there was none
(connection) dectected. If there was no connection then it would try to Dial
up my "Home Connection". Now that I have 2003 I can not get it to do the
same. It "sends & receives" but then gives me an error message saying that
it could not "send & receive" from my "Home Connection". I don't even want
it to attempt the "Home Connection" unless the DSL is unplugged or down. If
it has a DSL connection then the Dial up should not even come into the
picture. Only when I'm at home should the dial up box prompt me. Please
help.

Personally I've always set Outlook to use a LAN connection and let the
operating system deal with the connection/disconnection since a dialup
connection looks just like a LAN connection (just really really slow).
