Outlook & AOL dial-up

I have a client with a laptop running XP Pro, with Office 2003.
When away from the office, she connects to the Internet with an AOL dial-up
account. In the office, she uses the network DSL connection.

The problem is that when she is at work and clicks on a URL in an E-Mail
message, the AOL dial-up connection pops up. IE has been set to never dial a
connection. If however, she accesses Outlook by using the "Mail" icon on
IE's toolbar, she can go to a URL just fine.

Is there a setting in Outlook that I need to modify?

Thank You,

Dan
