laptop battery

Before I can use my laptop, I have to connect to the mains, and all the time
that the laptop is in use, the yellow battery light flashes.
 
Contact the laptop manufacturer tech support for resolution of this issue.

This is a h/w issue that is out of place here as it has ABSOLUTELY
NOTHING to do with the OS.

Ask elsewhere.
