DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE XP IN SPANISH IN ORDER TO HAVE EVERTHING ON MY COMPUTER
IN SPANISH?
 
A short answer is YES. You have to get the spanish XP.

However it is technically possible to have multi language GUI installed if
you
install the MUI for XP. But this is only included on some OEM versions of
XP.
