Can I create a user who has Spanish as the language of XP? While all the
other users have English? WinXP pro with all the up-grades.

Thanks.
 
Hi Boris,

You can install Spanish language support for him/her, but the base OS
language will remain in English. To add the support, go to the control
panel/regional and language options/languages tab, click details.
