Why is my Programm not in Germany. Where is the such Support?

Es wäre besser, wenn du deine Frage auf deutsch in einer
deutschen Gruppe stellen würdest. Wörtlich übersetzt lautet
sie nämlich: "Weshalb ist mein Programm nicht in Deutschland?
Wo gibt es solche Unterstützung."

Vermutlich meintest du, weshalb dein Programm nicht auf
deutsch läuft. Welches Programm? Windows? Und was für
Unterstützung / Hilfe erwartest du?
