When I recieve messages in Outlook from Korea, Korean characters are added
that are not in the same message recieved by an associate.
 
You are not giving us any information.
- what version of Outlook?
- what version of Windows (English or Korean)?
- what message type?
- what encoding?
- what characters are added?
- what's the associate's environment?
