All of a sudden the language setting swiched to Canadian French (I live in
Canada)...I removed the Canadian keyboard setting to solve this (leaving US
English as the only option), however, as soon as I log off and log back on
the French is back as the default. Any suggestions

Hi

You need to delete all references to the Language you don't want installed
on the 3 tabs and submenus.

This needs to be done with an "administrator" type account or the "hidden"
Administrator account. Limited access users type account will not save the
changes (at least in my experience.)

The only place I've found that allows you to add/remove languages is under
the languages/details (other than the unicode features)...I've tried to
remove it as an administrator and as a user..btw I found out how this problem
started...the language was set to toggle back and forth on an Alt Cntl
command (which was accidently hit)
