I get this message every time i open IE. Its IE6 with all the patch work and
xp pro with sp1. Any help?
 
It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

Some program is trying to used your computer (127.0.0.1) using port 3004 and
running a script file.

Run MSCONFIG from the start/run applet and under StartUp tab disable unknown
running processes.
DO NOT disable Explorer, systray and security programs. Reboot.
Do you still see the error?
