After recently adding passwords to some user accounts in XP Pro, I found that
when clicking on an account on the Welcome screen, in-between the box that
appears for the password and the arrow that you click on, there's now the
'EN' language icon that can be viewed in Control Panel > Regional and
Language Options, and often appears by default in the system tray. However,
this sudden appearance on the Welcome screen can't be clicked on. I want to
know how and why it got there and how to remove it.
