Language bar

I have been using Japanese text for 2years, but recently I
can not type Japanese anymore.There is a Japanise icon on
the taskbar.I tried clicking on it, but nothing is
happening. So,
I went to Tesxt Services and Input Languages and
uninstalled and reinstalled the Japanese. Still, it does
not work. I do not know what else I can do. Please someone
help me.
