Add another language. After that's done, the button for Language Bar will
become available.

Hi Ari,

It will remain grayed out until you install another language and select the
key settings.

Make sure that on the Advanced page, the 'Turn off Advanced text
services' is *not* checked

In the same screen where you added a language is a page tabbed Advanced.
Check your settings there. You want advanced text services enabled. If
available, may also want to check the box to extend the advanced text
services to all programs.
