Language at Log In Screen

I have a user who just came back from Paris, FR and he
changed his language box at the Log - In
It appears to be a small box with EN or FR, DE etc.

Does anybody know how to keep it at English?
We can change it by using the ALT + Shift key but it
defaults back to FR.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Try double click on the EN there is a dropdown box
that should help you
