LAN connection - one way communication

Recently we got a Laptop with Win XP Prof. and this is
configured to connect to our office Network.

We have a problem, this laptop can access other PCs on LAN
but other PC's are not able to access, it gives an error
message "There are currently on Logon Servers available to
service the Login request."

But whereas on the same network other PCs with same
configuration and same OS can talk to each other.

Please help me.
 
Ensure that File and printer sharing for Microsoft clients
check box is checked.
