But they're the same people as Watfraud Electronics, and from what I
can see they have a truly abysmal customer service record.

Ok, some of the prices may be better - but they are the worst company I have
ever ordered from.

OcUK have always delivered next day, had good stock, good product range and
some great help on the forums.

I'm redialling ocuk support as I type. I am in my 4th hour of doing so.
I purchased two identical hard drives and one isn't recognised by the
bios (and it makes a click noise every second when powered). Usually I
get an engaged tone. Occasionally (about once every 45 mins) I get
through but it rings for 5mins 57 sec and the bt lady tells me to try
again. All I want is a replacement disk. There is no e-mail support
option. I could print a fax off and wander down to the shop to get it
sent (modem broke ages ago, no reason to get a new one as I don't need
to fax anyone else).
Recently I bought an msi k8n diamond mobo and two msi 6800gts from
http://www.gladiatorcomputers.com/. I got the items before most people
on the ocuk forums had had shipping notice (the items were pre-order as
they were newly released). Msi sent the mobo out without an advertised
part - a wifi/bluetooth card. Msi sent out crap 6800GTs with 12
pipelines instead of 16 (many shops sold them on unwittingly). Gladiator
dealt with these issues promptly and courteously.
IMHO ocuk do not currently have any valid support option.
