Lagged connection using thin clients

We run a Windows 2000 SP3 Server with 15 users connected via terminal
services using thin clients. Recently we have had problems with users
experiencing a very lagged connection. After a reset of the connection it
works fine until it happens again intermittently.

The thin clients are all connected via a 24 port 10/100 switch and have
resources all turned down low.

Can anyone recommend any possible solutions to my problem?

Do the connects get slow depending on the load on the
switch? For instance, in the morning, when only one
person is logged in, are the connections lagged? Or does
it only get lagged during peak load times? Have you
updated the firmware in the switch as well as the network
card drivers in the terminal server?
