Lag time in copying sheets?

I noticed on my computer, if I just to make a copy a workbook sheet, i
takes around 2 minutes to complete. If I try the same thing on other
less-powerful computers, it makes a copy almost instantly. Any one ru
into this problem

Try turning off other processes one-by-one, such as Norton AV, and see how that affects your time.
