Lables not printing correctly

I am using Word (XP pro) to print labels on Avery L7160 sheets. The set up
of the label (height, width etc, etc) is all correct - I checked against
another PC - but when they print the labels are approximately 2mm 'shorter'
than they should be. It's not the printer settings as the other PC I checked
against is networked to the same printer and this prints ok, or if I print to
a different printer I get the same problem. Does anyone have any ideas on
what I can do to get these labels printing correctly...?

Have a look at Options > Print > Allow page resizing. Make sure it
isn't checked.

thank you - I have been tearing my hair out since our computers have been
updated and my labels would not print for me - your question and the answer
were spot on

thank you for your answer back in April 2006 - I have been going out of my
mind trying to get my labels to print after we had our computers upgraded.
