Labels

I am new to Access 2003 but seem to be getting the hang of it.

I am however, having trouble with the label wizard. I am creating a series
of mailing labels for different people. I go ahead and create the labels,
choosing the queries that the data should come from. After previewing the
labels, I noticed several addresses had incorrect or missing information. I
went back to the original query, corrected and added the information and
saved it, closed and reopened the label report, and the data is not updated.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

You have to close your label report and then reopen it to include the new
data.
