Problem with pre-set labels

I'm using Access 2007. When I choose the Create/Labels/Avery 8460 option to
create labels, the resulting labels are too short. They creep up and don't
work with Avery 8460 labels. Are there variables that I should be looking
at?

That can happen with labels. Sometimes you need to tweak the detail height by
slightly increasing (or decreasing) it.

I would make a copy of the current report layout (as a backup) and then try
increasing the detail height by a tiny bit. See if that takes care of the
creep. If not, try increasing it by a tiny bit more (repeat until you get
things working as desired.)
