Label Problem

How do you change of the size of a label such as Avery 5161 to another listed
Avery size in Word? Thanks.

Assuming you have a Word document saved with addresses in table cells of a
specific Avery type - Open the document, click "Tools", "Letters and
Mailings" (or Envelopes and Labels in an earlier version), "Envelopes and
Labels", click the "Labels" TAB (should already be clicked), click the
"Options" button, select your new label type, click "New Document". Your
document labels will change to the new format. If you want to overwrite the
previous label format, you will need to switch over and close out the
original, then save this new one with the same name and folder as the
original.

New Document will insert a new *empty* sheet of labels. It will not apply
this label format to the existing labels.

Oops, my bad! I did it to an existing label document and it did work, but
it populated each cell with the address that was in the first cell. I
didn't even notice it until after you mentioned it. That's what I get for
providing some quick answers in between the 50,000 other things I have had
to do today. Thanks!
