file folder labels not aligned correctly

Trying to print file folder labels - using office max labels - but "the same
size as Avery 5266" - the names are not lining up on the label - they are cut
off. any suggestions? wasting expensive labels

As a test, try printing a page of labels onto plain paper and compare the
layout/alignment with a sheet of label stock.

In many cases, printers are not capable of accurately handling the feeding
of label stock and that can cause the problem that you are experiencing.

Also, make sure that in the file print dialog the Scale to paper size in the
Zoom section is set to No scaling.

Even more important, make sure that the paper size is correctly set to
Letter or A4.
