L2TP/IPSec NAT-T Update for Windows XP and Windows 2000

Hi Teo,

Go to Windows Update and go to the "Windows Update catalog", select "find
updated for Microsoft Windows Operating Systems" select "Windows XP SP1"
and look near the bottom for 818043.
