Kyocera FS 1900 Laser persistent Jamming...

I have a Kyocera FS 1900 laser printer, has been jamming a bit more than
usual of late.

I took the paper feed out and gave all the rollers a good clean, cleaned
any other rollers I could get access to inside the printer.

No change at all, if anything it's worse. Jams nearly every time.

The error that appears on the display tells you to remove the paper
feed, remove the paper jam, and to remove paper jam from rear of printer.

It always gets stuck on top of the paper feed, after it's been printed
on, as if it may be slipping or is blocked by the section where the
paper should feed out to the top of the printer.

Any ideas please?

Or is it throw away and buy a new one time?

It's well out of warranty also.

Cheers

It sounds like the delivery rollers are worn. These are the rollers that feed
the paper out into the stacker.
If you can take the covers off you can clean the rollers with cloth moistened
with isopropyl alcohol or just water, give them a really good clean. If that
improves things but does not fix the problem completely the assembly will need
to be replaced. it is called FD ASSY part number 5AAMA37E++01.
