I had many comments out here about my system shutting down when I upgraded
and so forth that I bit the bullet, braced myself for a very long wait (as I
had experienced in the past) and called tech support. Customer service
answered on the second ring, and after exchanging information gave me a case
number and forwarded me to tech support for installation. I was told there
would be a three minute wait (I thought yea sure not in this life time). In
less than two minutes a very nice and knowledgeable lady came on and spent
the next couple of hours with me to get the Office 2K installed, the Outlook
configured to work as I needed it to and to help me through learning enough
to get going.
I was amazed. Lots of knowledge, extremely fast service, wonderful folks to
work with.........from Microsoft.............my goodness what is this world
coming to LOL LOL LOL
Thanks Microsoft for hearing all of us that have spent way to much of our
lives with music on hold seeking help.
