my updates fail when they ask for a ksuser file on the original Windows install disks. They didn't come with this computer. So how can I get this file?
As I recall what I did was do a Search on the XP install CD and I found
it somewhere in there then extracted it or whatever inot the path it
needed to be. It may not be in the form ksuser.dll or whatever, just the
compressed form.
