Windows XP Home Edition

I have at sixteen ksuser.dll and one ksusser.dll file(s) under (windows
registry) HKEY_CURRENT_USER, Software, Microsoft, Search Assistant, ACMru,
5603.

The 5604 appears to be empty.

I don't know if it's right to have that many of these files, and maybe that
kusser file (double s) is a mistake ? Is there any reason to be concerned ? I
have googled it, and it doesn't seem safe to just delete some of them.

Any recommendations ?

Thanks.

It means that you searched for those files.

ACMru = Auto Complete Most Recently Used

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru\5603
is a key that stores XP Search Most Recently Used files.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru\5001
is for Internet Search Assistant.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru\5647
is for searching Printers, Computers and People

I tried that, but I got the impression that that adaptation slowed down my
windows. So I decided to carry out a system recovery. I think I'll leave it
at that.
