I keep deleting the KrAIMster Remote-Access Trojan, but
it keeps coming back! HijackThis and Spybot-SD don't
detect any hooks to it, and no PROGRAMS there to let it
back in...So where is it coming from?

Have you try using

Ad-Aware -
www.lavasoftusa.com

And make certain that "Search for negligible entries"
and "Search for low risk entries" are checked.

Once that has completed, please reboot into safe mode
logged in as administrator and run Ad'Aware, Spybot, a
full antivirus and spyware scan with the latest signatures
to see if that helps.

Hi,
I would start by sending a suspected spyware report, and then rebooting into
Safe Mode (F8) at startup and running the scan from there.
